Terms of Service
These terms explain the relationship between you, as the parent or account holder, and Little Sprout Lab when you use our digital learning tools, workbooks, creative activities, and subscription features.
Last updated: September 20, 2026
Who we are and what these terms cover
Little Sprout Lab is a digital learning and creative platform owned and operated by Future Path Technologies, with its business contact in Lusaka, Zambia. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to the website, applications, digital workbooks, creative activity catalog, parent account areas, subscription plans, and related services we make available (together, the “Service”).
By creating a parent account, purchasing a plan, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not create an account or use the Service.
Parent accounts and child profiles
The Service is designed for parents, guardians, educators, and other responsible adults to manage age-appropriate creative experiences for children. A parent or guardian must create and control the account. Children should not create accounts, enter payment details, or submit personal information directly.
You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, protecting login credentials, supervising use of the Service, and promptly telling us if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. Child profiles should use only the minimum information needed for the experience, such as a first name or nickname and an avatar.
Digital products and availability
All products and resources supplied by Little Sprout Lab are digital. We do not ship physical goods. Access may include interactive activities, downloadable artwork or certificates, digital workbooks, printable resources, and features that depend on an active internet connection or compatible browser.
We may improve, change, suspend, or discontinue a feature, catalog item, or part of the Service. We will try to preserve saved work and communicate material changes where reasonably practical. Maintenance, third-party outages, device limitations, or internet failures may temporarily affect availability.
Subscriptions, billing, and renewal
Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Current plans, prices, included features, and fair-use allowances are shown on the Plans & pricing page at the time of purchase. Prices may change for future billing periods; where notice is required, we will provide it before the changed price applies.
Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider identified at checkout. We do not receive or store your full payment-card number. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to the payment method you provide until the subscription is cancelled.
You can manage payment details, invoices, and cancellation through the billing portal linked from the Service. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period, subject to the Refund & Cancellation Policy and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
Acceptable use and safety
You may use the Service only for lawful educational and creative purposes. You must not:
- Use the Service to harm, exploit, threaten, or target a child or another person.
- Upload or request content that is illegal, sexually explicit, hateful, violent, abusive, or invasive of another person’s privacy.
- Attempt to bypass parent controls, subscription limits, moderation systems, authentication, or technical security measures.
- Copy, resell, publicly redistribute, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the Service except where we expressly permit it.
- Use another person’s account, impersonate a parent or guardian, or provide payment information without authorization.
We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect children, users, our systems, or third parties, or to comply with law.
User content, artwork, and AI-assisted features
You retain ownership of original artwork, prompts, photos, and other content you submit, subject to the rights needed to operate the Service. You give Future Path Technologies a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, moderate, and back up that content only as needed to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service.
AI-assisted features may generate results that are incomplete, inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to other generated results. You are responsible for reviewing content before printing, sharing, teaching from, or relying on it. Do not submit confidential information or a child’s photograph unless you are authorized to do so and understand the processing described in our Privacy Policy.
We may use automated safety screening to reject content that appears unsafe. No automated screening is perfect, and parents remain responsible for supervising children’s use.
Intellectual property
The Little Sprout Lab name, visual identity, software, catalog assets, illustrations, text, layout, and other Service materials are owned by or licensed to Future Path Technologies. Except for the limited right to use the Service and print or download resources made available to your account, no ownership rights are transferred to you.
You may print or save materials for personal, household, or classroom use connected to your active account. You may not remove ownership notices or sell, license, or package our materials as your own products.
Disclaimers and limits of responsibility
The Service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee that every activity, generated result, catalog asset, or service connection will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every child or learning objective. Little Sprout Lab is not a substitute for professional educational, medical, therapeutic, or safeguarding advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Future Path Technologies will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or non-waivable consumer rights.
Changes, termination, and governing law
We may update these Terms when our Service, business, or legal obligations change. The updated version will be posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms, except where the law requires a different form of notice or consent.
You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel a subscription through the billing portal. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, non-payment, safety concerns, or legal requirements. Provisions concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations, and disputes survive termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Zambia, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Courts in Zambia will have jurisdiction unless applicable law requires another forum.
