BILLING MADE CLEAR

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Little Sprout Lab products are digital. This policy explains when a subscription renews, how to cancel, and how we review refund requests fairly and transparently.

Last updated: September 20, 2026

Plain-language noticeThis document is written to explain our practices clearly. It is not legal advice. Future Path Technologies should have this document reviewed by qualified counsel before relying on it as a final legal instrument.
01

Digital products and subscription access

All Little Sprout Lab products and resources are delivered digitally. A subscription gives the parent account access to the plan features and digital catalog described at the time of purchase. No physical product is shipped.

Some features, including AI-assisted generation, photo-to-coloring conversion, saved artwork, and downloads, may be subject to the plan limits, fair-use allowances, and technical requirements shown on the Plans & pricing page.

02

Monthly renewal and cancellation

Paid subscriptions renew automatically each month on or around the billing anniversary until cancelled. You can cancel at any time through the “Manage my plan” billing portal on the pricing page. If you cannot access the portal, email support@littlesproutlab.art before your next renewal.

Cancellation stops future renewals. Unless a refund is approved or applicable law requires otherwise, you keep access to paid features until the end of the current paid billing period and will not receive a prorated refund for unused time.

03

When we may approve a refund

Because digital access may begin immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after access is provided. We will nevertheless review refund requests in good faith, including requests involving:

  • A duplicate charge or clear billing error.
  • A technical issue that prevented meaningful access to the purchased Service and that we could not reasonably fix.
  • An unauthorized transaction reported promptly by the account holder.
  • A charge made after a timely cancellation request that we failed to process.
  • Any situation where a refund or cancellation right is required by applicable consumer law.

Requests should be sent within 30 days of the charge so we can investigate, but this suggested period does not limit a non-waivable statutory right. We may ask for the account email, transaction date, invoice or receipt, and a short description of the issue. We will not ask you to send full payment-card numbers by email.

04

How to request a refund

Email support@littlesproutlab.art with the subject “Refund Request” and include:

  • The parent account email address.
  • The subscription plan and date of the charge.
  • The reason for the request and any relevant technical details.
  • The last four digits of the payment method only, if needed to help us identify a transaction. Never include a full card number or security code.

We aim to acknowledge requests within five business days and complete a decision as soon as reasonably practical. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Stripe or the payment provider. The provider or issuing bank may take additional time to post the credit.

05

Billing disputes and payment security

If you do not recognize a charge, contact us first where possible so we can investigate quickly. We may pause an account or require verification while reviewing suspected fraud or unauthorized activity.

Stripe handles payment-card details and may apply its own terms, privacy notice, fraud checks, and processing timelines. We do not store your full card number. A bank chargeback may affect account access while the transaction is reviewed, but it does not remove any rights you have under applicable law.

06

Changes and consumer rights

We may update this policy when our plans, payment providers, or legal obligations change. The updated version will show a new “Last updated” date and will apply to future purchases and renewal periods unless a different notice is required.

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit mandatory consumer protections, cooling-off rights, refund rights, or other rights that apply under the law where you live. If a provision conflicts with a non-waivable right, that right controls.
